It’s the study of the unconscious processes in our mind which determines how we perceive ourselves, our own reality, feelings and personal states. Therefore our actions and our quality of life all depend on how we use our mind, either consciously or unconsciously.

Over the course of our lives, we accumulate a host of values, experiences and convictions. Sometimes we unconsciously develop a perception or a conviction that neither supports ourselves or our surroundings. It may function as a block or limitation. It inhibits us in the way we live our lives. Perhaps the symptoms are depression, anxiety, confusion, headaches, sleeplessness, low self-esteem, test anxiety or a similar issue. With the help of mild and effective NLP tools, we can "update" our thinking patterns, remove our limitations and release the energy to experience the world in a more positive way with greater spaciousness. We can enjoy life more and have a better quality of life.

As mentioned above, the body may try to "call out to us" in various ways, when there is an inner inbalance, but because we all experience reality differently, we all react differently to our inner state. Everyone can benefit from NLP, but just some take the step to a better life.
